My Work History

Despite only having 8 years of experience, I have excelled at training both clients and personal trainers to achieve their maximum potential. These skills were developed through several years of being a Fitness Director at 2 different facilities, 18 months of co-owning a phenomenally successful training department, and several years of speaking at lectures and seminars.

I now utilize these fully developed skills and passion for teaching through Cultivate Super Trainers and ptbizcoach.com.  I works with private training studios, real eastate companies, and residential gyms to develop the elite training staff of their dreams.  I consults 1-on-1 with personal trainers looking to invest in themselves, develop their leadership skills, and dramatically increase the effectiveness of their services.

My Experience With Exercise

I started working out to feel better about myself, and exercise changed my life. It has empowered me to be stronger physically and mentally, feel better within my body and about my body, and be more confident. Essentially, it allows me to be my best self and live life more fully. A passion to share my enthusiasm for self-empowerment through exercise naturally arose from this transformative experience.

Why I Started Consulting

I believe that the trainer/client relationship is a special relationship which provides a unique platform for transforming the client’s life. Working together, the client and trainer can transcend the conventional norm of what people expect from exercise.

My passion is helping trainers understand how truly powerful they can be. I love helping them harness that power, and showing them what they are truly capable of doing in this industry.

My Personal VisionBy helping your training staff be their best and develop their abilities, I am expanding my sphere of influence, helping more people in the same amount of time, and contributing to the growth of our industry. One day in the not so distant future, personal trainers will be considered healers and health professionals with a role of equal importance to any doctor. But first, there is a lot of work to be done. We must continue to cultivate ourselves and push the boundaries of what is accepted and expected from personal training.
